Q: What do I do if I want one of these forms on NCR (triplicate/duplicate) paper?
A: Contact BSU Printing & Graphic Services (x6-1269). They will inform you on what you need to submit depending on the particulars of your form/document and the quantity that you want printed .

Q: Who do I contact about putting a form or document (or a link to same) on this website?

A: Yes, we also provide space for Documents, For example, we have the Undergraduate Catalog available for print out or review.
