Payment Plan
If you enroll for at least two billable credit hours, you have the option of paying your fees in three installments. To enroll in the IPAY plan, you can either complete an application on BroncoWeb (Students > Student Account > Payment Plan-Fees) or to complete a paper IPAY form.  At the time the application is submitted, you will be required to pay 1/3 of the unpaid balance of tuition and fees. A $30.00 nonrefundable application fee will be charged to use the plan. The remaining balance (including application fee) is to be paid in two equal installments due on or before September 25 and October 25 for the fall semester and on or before February 25 and March 25 for the spring semester. For more information concerning the IPAY plan, visit the Payment & Disbursement Center, Admin Bldg., Room 211, or call (208) 426-1212.

Your IPAY application and down payment must be received before 6:00PM on the fee payment deadline day to avoid the $50 penalty.

In the event that you withdraw from school or are administratively withdrawn after the refund period, any balance owing on the installment plan will be immediately due and payable.

Financial assistance that arrives prior to the repayment of the note will be used to repay the balance owing on the installment plan. This will take precedence over other methods of payment.

Late Payment Information

Deadline Penalty

A $50 Fee Deadline Penalty will be assessed on outstanding Student Fee Balances on the day following the fee payment deadline for each semester.
