Information
All
International students and all full-fee paying students enrolled
in 8 or more academic credit hours on
the 10th day of classes will be covered under the
University's Student Health Insurance Program (SHIP).
If you would like more information on SHIP, visit the
Student Health Center.

BroncoWeb is:
- Select "Students"
- Select "Student
Account"
- Select "Health Insurance
Waiver Application"
You must submit an
online form for Fall and Spring semester no later than
10th day of classes.
If you are enrolled in
fewer than 8 academic credits (excluding International
students) and are not a full-fee paying
student, you will not be charged for health insurance and do
not need to submit a Health Insurance Declination.
