STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES

Student Financial Services is comprised of the Account Maintenance Center and the Payment & Disbursement Center.

Account Maintenance Center
The Account Maintenance Center is available to assist students in understanding their student accounts. Account Representatives can research and explain charges, payments and financial aid disbursements and determine how these affect the balance on the student account. They are also available to help students with payment plans and to approve short term loans. The Center also processes all refunds on the student account.

Payment & Disbursement Center
The Payment and Disbursement Center is available to process all payments associated with the student account, post departmental deposits, and assist students in understanding their student account. Payment & Disbursement staff accept payments both in the office and by phone, and can also answer questions about payment plans and making payments via BroncoWeb using Credit Card or E-check.
