The Controller's Office, including
Purchasing, Administrative Accounting, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control,
Sponsored Projects Accounting, Financial Systems Analysts and the Controller
and Associate Controller has moved to 1113 and 1129 Euclid Avenue (corner of
Beacon and Euclid).
MAIL
•
Mail Stops: are not changing and any mail sent
through inter-campus mail will be properly routed.
•
Mail runs: We will have two mail runs daily
between the new offices and the Administration building. There will be a
drop-off box located in Payments and Disbursements, ADM211 to collect items
to be delivered to the Euclid offices. Anything that was previously dropped
off in the above departments can be dropped off at Payments & Disbursements
•
P-cards and reimbursement checks will now be
picked up at Payments and Disbursements to eliminate the need for you to go
to the remote location for these items.
